By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Business Overview

A-Cleaning, operated by Sena General Service Corp, provides residential and commercial cleaning services. We operate in good faith and strive to meet all client expectations through transparent, professional service.

2. Bookings and Appointments
   •    Appointments must be booked through our website, by phone, or by email.
   •    You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your address, service needs, and access instructions.
   •    A valid phone number and email address are required to confirm and communicate about your booking.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   •    We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
   •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
   •    No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

4. Payments and Fees
   •    Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   •    We accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, or other agreed-upon methods.
   •    Late payments may be subject to a late fee after 7 days past the invoice date.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
   •    If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
   •    We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge.
   •    Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
   •    Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
   •    Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items.
   •    Notify A-Cleaning in advance of any special cleaning requirements, allergies, or potential hazards.

7. Limitations of Liability
   •    While we take every precaution to avoid damage, A-Cleaning is not responsible for:
   •    Pre-existing damage or wear.
   •    Items not properly secured.
   •    Damage due to faulty surfaces, materials, or instructions provided by the client.
   •    Liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to:
   •    Refuse or terminate service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or if a staff member feels threatened.
   •    Cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, staffing, or other unforeseen issues.

9. Privacy and Data Use

We collect basic client information (e.g., name, email, phone, address) for scheduling and communication. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Modifications to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
